I am in the process of getting a dog passport for Angus as we want to take him to France in the summer.

Has anyone else taken their doodle abroad?

Here in the Netherlands every dog wich had his shots has a passport, I believe...
We're also planning to take Boef with us in May, to Italy. We were there in autumn with an orchestra, without him. We doubted a lot if we could take him there, but decided not to. I missed him so much!!! Now we will go again with a flute ensemble, a much smaller groupe, so we really want him to join us this time. Therefor we are looking to rent a motorhome, especialy for him

I'm also curious to other people's experiences!

We are also planning to take our doodle to France this summer. Think there arae regulations re tick and flea treatment before they return. Do you know what current regulations are?

hope this helps.I have read somewhere that bringing your pet back in the country is quite a procedure and that you have to have them vet checked 24 hrs before returning.

Picked up Angus' passport yesterday. Roll on summer, we can take him to France now! Never taken a dog abroad before so I am quite excited
