Jerry has now started to growl at ben when he is chewing his bone! if ben walks past him he really growls!he never used to do it now hes becoming quite protective of his bones and toys!

Jimmy our cocker spainel does that to otis, Otis is very good and gets the message and walks away. I think its a top dog thing, Jimmy is def top dog and just letting otis know the score. It is one of the reasons i got otis castrated so the balance wasn't upset.

Lottie the lhasa apso growls and tries to put Angus in his place. She is definately top dog, but if she has a chew or bone he will growl or bark at her. It is the only time I've heard him growl
